Ingredients:

Paczka podłużnych biszkoptów
Opakowanie twarogu mielonego (w wiadereczku) lub
2 kostki twarogu (dla bardziej pracowitych bo trzeba go bedzie 3 razy zmielić :)
3 żółtka
3 łyżki cukru
łyżka cukru wanilowego
szklanka kawy rozpuszczalnej lub parzonej w ekspresie
kieliszek wódki,brandy lub koniaku
kakao do posypania

Prepare instructions:

Zaparzyć dość mocną kawe,ostudzić.
W międzyczasie utrzepać żółtka z cukrem i cukrem waniliowym.
Do masy dodawać powoli twaróg i wymieszać do otrzymania gładkiej kosystencji na sam koniec dodać alkohol
Biszkopty maczać w kawie i wyłożyć część najlepiej w szklanym naczyniu(odradzam blaszke)
Na biszkopty kłaść mase,i tak do wyczerpania składników
Wierzch posypać kakao

Jak wiadomo tiramisu robi sie z serka mascarpone ale po wypróbowaniu

    wg mnie ta wersja też nie jest taka zła,Chociaż smak troche inny ale
    mocno zbliżony
    Mam nadzieje ze ta wersja znajdzie wielu zwolenników

PYSZOTA robiłam juz wcześniej ale teraz dopiero dzielę się wrażeniami , mam zamiar znów dziś go zrobic .
