Ingredients:

3 jajka
1,5 dl cukru
2 łyżeczki cukru waniliowego
200g serka naturalnego Philadelphia
400 ml śmietany kremówki
1 mango
pół banana
1 cytryna
10 ciastek kruchych typu digestive - rozkruszonych na drobno (np. przy pomocy moździerza lub tłuczka do mięsa)

Prepare instructions:

Oddziel żółtka od białek. Żółtka zmiksuj z cukrem i cukrem waniliowym na jasną puszystą masę.
Stopniowo dodawaj serek, miksując na niskich obrotach.
Mango zmiksuj z połową banana, używając blendera.
Otrzyj skórkę i wyciśnij sok z cytryny.
Do jajek z serkiem dodaj mango, skórkę cytrynową i sok, zmiksuj.
Białka ubij na sztywną pianę.
W osobnym naczyniu ubij bitą śmietanę na dość sztywno (tak jak do deserów).
Przełóż bitą śmietanę do masy serkowo-owocoweh i miksuj na niskich obrotach.
Dodaj pianę z białek i połącz dokładnie mieszając delikatnie łyżką.
Połową pokruszonych ciastek przykryj dno tortownicy.
Wylej masę na pokruszone ciastka i posyp resztą ciastek.
Wstaw do zamrażarki na 5 godzin.
Wyjmij z zamrażarki 20-30 minut przed podaniem.

....a obrusik ładnie wyprasowany bez '' kancików '' ; tak na serio pasibrzuchu dbasz o estetyke zdjęć .. to się chwali .
