Ingredients:

250 g mielonego mięsa drobiowego,
2 jajka,
bułka tarta,
2/3 krakersy,
przyprawa do kurczaka, sól.

Prepare instructions:

Krakersy gnieciemy na drobny pył i łączymy z częścią bułki tartej w proporcjach 1:3.

Mielone mięso łączymy z jajkiem i bułką tartą (czystą - bez krakersów), dodając tej ostatnie tyle, aby powstała masa zwarta (nie lejąca), ale dająca się ławo lepić i formować masa. Solimy ją delikatnie, dodajemy przyprawę do kurczaka i dobrze mieszamy.

Formujemy małe, płaskie kotleciki. (Najlepiej najpierw zrobić kulkę wielkości piłki do golfa, a później spłaszczyć ją rękami).

Gotowe kotleciki maczamy w rozmąconym jajku, a następnie w mieszance bułczano-krakersowej. Teraz pozostaje już tylko usmażyć je na rozgrzanej patelni, aż sie ślicznie zrumienią z obu stron.

Polecam, bo są smaczne, apetyczne i fikuśne :)

Wygląda fantastycznie dodaje do ulubionych i na pewno wyprubuje!!!Czegość takiego szukałam tydzin temu. POZDRAWIAM

Zrobione mi nie smakowało za bardzo... ale mój brat i siostra byli zachwycenie.... wszystko jest kwestią gustu

Ciekawy i fajny przepis muszę moim chłopcom zrobić uwielbiają takie nuggetsy do tego domowy sosik majonezowo-musztardowo ketchupowy ,,palce lizac ,,,
