Omlet estragonowy z wędzoną piersią

Ingredients:

•		5 jajek

•		4 gałązki estragonu

•		2 szalotki lub 1 cebulka

•		1 wędzona pierś z kurczaka

•		1/3 małej, młodej cukini

•		3 łyżki masła

•		1 łyżeczka płaska mąki

•		½ szklanki + 2 łyżki mleka

•		sól, pieprz, gałka muszkatołowa

Prepare instructions:

Estragon posiekaj. Szalotki lub cebulkę pokrój w plasterki. Pierś kurczaka pokrój w kosteczkę, tak samo pokrój cukinię.

1 łyżkę masła rozgrzej w garnuszku, wsyp mąkę, nie rumień, dolej ½ szklanki zimnego mleka, dopraw solą, pieprzem i gałką muszkatołową.

Na 1 łyżce masła zeszklij szalotkę, włóż kosteczki cukinii i podsmaż, aż będzie tylko lekko twardawa. Do sosu dodaj kurczaka i warzywa, wymieszaj razem.

Jajka ubij z 2 łyżkami mleka, dopraw solą, wymieszaj z estragonem. Na patelni rozgrzej 1 łyżkę masła, wlej jajka i usmaż na małym ogniu omlet. Podnoś jego brzegi podczas smażenia, aby nie ścięta masa spływała na dno patelni.

Na upieczony omlet wyłóż kurczaka z warzywami w sosie i złóż go na pół. Omlet podziel na 2 porcje i podaj z sałatką (pomidorową lub inną).

Hej Sweetyo, dzięki za wsparcie! Przez dłuzszy czas nie miałam ani czasu ani możliwości zamieszczac przepisów (ale też uniknęłam przez to atastrofy wymiatającej przepisy). Teraz nadrabiam-przenoszę tu przepisy z innej mojej strony, BO TU JEST MILEJ Pozdrawiam też! A Twoje przepisy mnie zadziwiają ciągle mmm....
