Ingredients:

1 kostka twarogu (25 dkg)
pół szklanki cukru pudru
1 cukier waniliowy
1 całe jajko
7 łyżek mleka
7 łyżek oleju
2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
2 łyżeczki mąki ziemniaczanej
2 - 3 szklanki mąki (tak żeby sie nie kleiło do rąk)
1 łyżeczka octu
olej do smażenia

Prepare instructions:

Wszystkie składniki dobrze razem wyrobić .Rozwałkować , wykrawać szklanką kółka a w środku wyciąć małe kółeczko najlepiej kieliszkiem . Układać na rozgrzany olej smażyć na rumiano , osączyć z nadmiaru tłuszczu na papierowym ręczniku .Posypać cukrem pudrem i pałaszować do woli . Oponki są pulchne i długo mięciutkie nawet na drugi dzień są miękkie . Smacznego.

Zaraz ide wypróbowac przepis- nie mialam sody, a do tego przepisu dodaje sie proszek do pieczenia, to mnie uratowalo!!! Komentarz dodoam później, jak skoncze

a co zrobić kiedy mam taki twaróg całkowicie zmielony tzn ponoć czterokrotnie i jest ciapki jak homo, czy to też dobrze wyjdzie? Bo mnie się wydaje, że chyba lepiej gdy jest ser niezmielony. Proszę o rade.
