Ingredients:

3 szkl.mleka
1,5 dużej śmietany 18%
0,5 szkl. cukru
2 cukry wanilinowe Gellwe
5 łyżeczek żelatyny Gellwe
2 op. galaretki truskawkowej Gellwe
2 op.galaretki brzoskwiniowej Gellwe
2 op.galaretki agrestowej Gellwe
1 puszka brzoskwiń
1 duża kiść winogron zielonych
0,5 kg truskawek

Prepare instructions:

Mleko, cukier i cukier wanilinowy zagotować i wystudzić. Żelatynę rozpuścić w 0,5 szkl.wody. Podzielić na 2 części. Zimne mleko zmiksować ze śmietaną i podzielić na 2 części. Do jednej dodać połowę żelatyny i wylać na dużą blachę. Zostawić do stężenia. Na to ułożyć połówki winogron i zalewamy tężejącą galaretką agrestową. Na galaretce ułożyć truskawki i zalać galaretką truskawkową. Na niej ułożyć pokrojone brzoskwinie i zalać galaretką brzoskwiniową.Drugą część masy mlecznej zmieszać z żelatyną i wylać na galaretkę brzoskwiniową. Można posypać starkowaną czekoladą.

Galaretki przygotować wg przepisu na opakowaniu.
Można dowolnie dobierać owoce i kolory galaretek.
Galaretki trzeba rozpuścić wcześniej, aby zaczęły tężeć gdy będziemy robić galaretkę mleczną.

mam zapas mrożonych truskawek-czy mogę je wykorzystać nie rozmrażając?

Rysiaa, prawdę mówiąc to nigdy tak nie robiłam,żeby nie rozmrażać truskawek,ale niejednokrotnie właśnie na WŻ czytałam,że tak można robić. Myślę więc że możesz zaryzykować.
