Pączusie ale za to jakie

Ingredients:

1 kg mąki tortowej
10 dkg drożdży
1/2 kostki margaryny
1/2 szklanki oleju
1/2 szklanki cukru
6 żółtek
0,5 litra mleka

Prepare instructions:

Drożdże rozkruszyć i wymieszać trzepaczką na jednolitą masę z żółtkami, do tego dodajemy 1/2 szklanki oleju- dzieląc olej na 3-4 razy ( chodzi o to żeby nie od razu) ciągle mieszając trzepaczką.
Do tego wsypujemy mąkę ale z 1 kilograma odłożyć 1 czubatą łyżkę mąki bo będzie za dużo ubijać teraz łyżką drewnianą
Następnie dodajemy rozgrzane mleko z tłuszczem i cukrem i dobrze mieszamy.
Wyrobione ciasto pozostawić do wyrośnięcia.
Formować pączki nadziewając powidłami. Piec na oleju rozgrzanym ale później na wolniejszym ogniu.

Pączki są delikatniutkie i pyyyyszne!

Ile pączusiów wychodzi z twojego przepisu?

z tego przepisu wychodzi ok. 33 szt, ale są naprawdę b.dobre, ponieważ nie piją dużo oleju i są delikatne. warte wypróbowania. pozdrawiam
