Ingredients:

2 udka z kurczaka
1 filet z kurczaka
ok 40 dkg cielęciny
ok 40 dkg wątróbki drobiowej
2 marchewki
4 cebule
kawałek selera
2 pietruszki
2 jajka
1 bułka

2 kostki rosołowe
liść laurowy
ziele angielskie
łyżeczka gałki muszkatałowej, imbiru
sól, pieprz, czosnek

olej do posmarowania foremek

Prepare instructions:

Mięsa ugotować z dodatkiem warzyw oraz dwóch kostek rosołowych. Dodać ziele angielsie oraz liść laurowy. Gotować do miekkości.
Jak mięso będzie już miękkie dodać wątróbkę. Gotować chwile aż wątróbka się zetnie.
Bułkę namoczyć w rosole w którym się gotowało mięso.

Mięsa, wątróbkę, ugotowane warzywa oraz namoczoną bułkę zmielić przez maszynkę.
Wszytko dokładnie wymieszać.
Dodać żółtka.

Z białek ubić pianę dodać do mięsa.

Dodać łyżeczkę gałki muszkatałkowej oraz łyżeczkę imbiru.
Doprawić czosnkiem, sola i pieprzem.
Dokładnie wymieszać.
Przełożyć wysmarowanych olejem foremek keksowych.
Piec ok 50 min w temp. 200

Pasztet wyszedł super ,tylko zamiast cielęciny dodałam chudego surowego boczku ,bo niemiałam cielęciny ,ale pozatym smakuje wszystkin domownikom pozdrawiam..RADOSNYCH ŚWIĄT.

Z boczkiem musi być równie pyszny jak z cielęciną. Cieszę się że spróbowałaś i że domownikom skamuje. Pogodnych Świąt.
