Ingredients:

25 dkg swiezego szpinaku (moze byc troche wiecej) lub zielona pietruszka
2 (lub wiecej) zabki czosnku
pol szklanki mielonych orzechow wloskich (jest to niekonieczne przy szpinaku)
pol szklanki oliwy z oliwek
cwierc lub pol szklanki tartego parmezanu
2 lyzki smietany
sol

Prepare instructions:

Oczyszczone listki ,zmiazdzony czosnek i orzechy zmiksuj (lub rozetrzyj) z niewielka iloscia oliwy.Stopniowo dodawaj reszte oliwy i ser.Utrzyj na jednolita papke.Dodaj smietane i dopraw sola.
mozna podawac z makaronem,gotowanymi warzywami,pieczonym miesem,ryba lub pieczywem.
