500g srednich pieczarek

Nadzienie:

250g szpinak (mrozony)
100g boczek wedzony pokrojony w kostke
     2 zabki czosnku drobna posiekac
     1 lyzka bulki tartej
     2 lyzki zielonej, posiekanej pietruszki
        sol
        pieprz swiezo mielony
        olej
        parmezan swiezo starty

Prepare instructions:

Pieczarki wyczyscic i delikatnie odkroic "nogi".
"Nogi" drobno pokroic.

2 lyzeczki oleju rozgrzac na patelni,
wlozyc kapelusze i dusic ok 4 min.

Nadzienie:

Boczek usmazyc,
dodac nogi, czosnek i szpinak, chwile smazyc,
dodac bulke tarta i pietruszke,
przyprawic sola i pieprzem.

Nadziewac kapelusze,
ulozyc w formie zaroodpornej i posypac parmezanem.

Grzyby piec w nagrzanym piekarniku (190°), az ser sie rozpusci.

Mozna podawac na cieplo i zimno.
na zdjeciu pieczarki nie sa jeszcze upieczone, zapomnialam po upieczeniu
