Pieczony makaron "Ziti"

Ingredients:

450g ● makaron -"Ziti"

450g ● mielone(wolowe,chude)

2x po 750g ● sosu do spaghetti

170g ● sera - "Provolone"

170g ● sera - "Mozzarella"

1+1/2szkl.● kwasnej smietany

1/2szkl. ● sera -"Parmesan"(tarty)

1/4szkl. ● swiezej bazyli

1 ● cebula(posiekana)

Prepare instructions:

● Ser i sos "dzielimy" na dwie porcje (mamy dwie warstwy makaronu)

Ugotowac makaron wedlug przepisu na opakowaniu.Nie rozgotowwac - 8-10min.wystarczy(potem bedzie i tak zapiekany)Odcedzic.

Na duzej patelni,na srednim ogniu smazymy wolowe az bedzie(brazowe)nastepnie dodajemy cebule i razem dusimy do miekkosci.Po czym zlewamy powstaly tluszcz, laczymy z sosem pomidorowym i dusimy kolejne ok.15min.

Nastawiamy piekarnik na 175*C.

W lekko natluszczonej prostokatnej foremce (mozna uzyc szklane naczynie)rozlozyc okolo polowy makaronu,nastepnie oblozyc plasterkami sera "Provolone" i plastrami sera "Mozzarella".Po wierzchu polac polowa sosu i smietany. Na to idzie ostatnia warstwa makaronu,sera i sosu.Posypac serem "Parmesan" i swieza bazylia.Piec w nagrzanym piekarniku okolo 30min.az ser i sos beda "babelkowac"

Dziekuje za komentarz :) Calkowicie zgadzam sie- iva- z Twoja opinia,naprawde ten makaron jest PYSZNY!!! Rowniez dobrze smakuje z samymi serami "Ricotta" i "Mozzarella"(bez dodatku miesa) Pozdrawiam!
