Przepis brzmi ciekawie. Czy mogłabyś doprecyzować o jaką żurawinę chodzi w przepisie? (świeża, suszona, ect?) I czy na pewno nie trzeba dodawać soli?

Chodzi o suszoną żurawinę.

Na pewno nie trzeba soli - sos sojowy jest wystarczająco słony. Jak ściągnięciu pokrywki, wytworzony sos będzie za mało słony to można dodać sos sojowy do smaku.

nie trzeba nic więcej dodać niż GENIALNE, Sprawdziłam z moją rodziną udziec z inyka , pierś i 1/2 kurczaka też gratuluję autorowi :)) pozdrawiam!
