Ingredients:

1 filet z indyka (ok 400 g)

Marynata:
4 łyżki sosu sojowego
1 kieliszek wódki
2 kieliszki miodu pitnego
2 łyżeczki słodkiej papryki

1 duża cebula
1 duża słodka czerwona papryka
2 większe czerwone ostre papryczki

olej do smażenia

Sos:
5 łyżek przecieru pomidorowego
2 łyżki miodu
1 szkl wody
+ sos z marynaty, który pozostał nam z marynowanego mięsa
1 płaska łyżeczka mąki ziemniaczanej

ew. sól
ew. świeżo mielony pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Mięso kroimy w kosteczkę, zalewamy marynatą*. Odstawiamy do lodówki na min 30 min (najlepiej na noc). Zamarynowane mięso smażymy na mocno rozgrzanym oleju ok 8 - 10 min, dodajemy drobno pokrojoną cebulę, smażymy ok 5 min, dodajemy pokrojone papryki. Po ok 10 min całość zalewamy sosem** i dusimy ok 10 - 15 min. Można ew. doprawić solą i pieprzem.

Marynata*:
Wszystkie składniki marynaty dokładnie ze sobą mieszamy.

Sos**:
Wszystkie składniki sosu dokładnie ze sobą mieszamy.

Gulasz wyśmienicie pasuje do ryżu, czy też makaronu ugotowanego al dente.

miód pitny? a gdzie to kupić?

można kupić w sklepach z ciut większym działem alkoholowym, na pewno w każdym markecie, swego czasu "chwilowo" można było nabyć go po okazyjnej cenie w biedronce. Ceny są rózne mniej więcej od 20 zł ... Pozdrawiam serdecznie
