Ingredients:

1,5 kg mąki pszennej
500g margaryny
500g miod (sztuczny lub prawdziwy)
350g cukru
4 jajka
proszek do pieczenia (według opakowania np. jeśli proszek jest na 0,5 kg mąki, wtedy potrzebujemy 3 opakowania)
3 łyżki kakao
3-4 łyżeczki kawy suchej (nierozpuszczalna)
1 opakowanie przypraw piernikowych (ok. 3 łyżki)

Dodatkowo:

cynamon lub inne przyprawy korzenne

Prepare instructions:

Margarynę, kakao, kawę i miód zagotowujemy a następnie studzimy. Jajka miksujemy z cukrem do białości. Mieszamy mąkę, proszek i przyprawy piernikowe, a następnie wlewamy obie płynne masy i wyrabiamy ciasto. Kosztujemy i możemy dodać cynamon lub inne przyprawy korzenne - zależy od naszych upodobań. Odstawiamy na 1 godzinę. Po tym czasie kawałki ciasta wałkujemy na grubość około 3-5mm i wykrawamy foremkami ciasteczka. Układamy je na nienatłuszczonej blaszce. Pieczemy 15 minut 150 stopni z termoobiegiem (wtedy możemy upiec dwie blachy naraz) lub 180 stopni (funkcja góra-dół). Po paru blachach polecam skrócić czas pieczenia do 13 minut, ale oczywiście wszystko zależy od piekarnika. Polecam pierniczki udekorować lukrem i bakaliami.

Pam pytanie czy po upieczeniu pierniczki są twarde,pozdrawiam

Są chrupiące, kruche ale troszkę twarde. Na pewno nie są jak deski. Kiedy odleża swoje nabierają smaku i twardnieją troszkę jak leżą nie polukrowane, ale jak je polukrujemy to będą miękksze z czasem. Nie wiem czy wystarczająco i zrozumiale odpowiedziałam na pytanie. Mam nadzieje że tak, jak coś to proszę jeszcze pytać
