Pierogi po Łemkowsku

Ingredients:

Ciasto:

1/4 kg mąki pszennej
1/4 kg mąki żytniej
szklanka ciepłej wody
1 jajko
1,5 łyżeczki oliwy z oliwek
sól

Farsz:

1/4 kg kapusty kiszonej
1/4 kg ugotowanych ziemniaków
15 dag sera białego tłustego
15 dag boczku
3 ząbki czosnku
listek laurowy
ziele angielskie
sól, pieprz do smaku

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto

Ciasto zagnieść według przepisu jak na pierogi ruskie.

Farsz:

Pokrojoną drobno kiszoną kapustę gotujemy do czasu aż nie będzie twarda w dotyku z dodatkiem listka laurowego i ziela angielskiego. Po ugotowaniu kapusty odcedzamy i przesmażamy na patelni z bardzo drobno pokrojonym boczkiem.
Gotujemy ziemniaki, odcedzamy i ugniatamy dodając biały tłusty ser oraz kapustę kiszoną. Na koniec dodajemy czosnek oraz solimy i pieprzymy do smaku.

Formujemy pierogi i gotujemy, po wyjęciu z garnka z osoloną wodą nadawają się od razu do jedzenia jednakże polecam, aby ugotowane pierożki położyć na patelnię bądź wstawić do piekarnika i zapiec na złoty kolor.
Podawać posypane szczypiorkiem.

Bardzo smaczne te pierogi, właśnie przed chwilą się nimi najadłam. Moje modyfikacje to brak boczku(źle wpływa na stan moich bioder) i czosnku, zamiast boczku dałam cebulę, a o czosnku to po prostu zapomniałam...ale i tak było pycha, na pewno jeszcze wrócę do tego przepisu

Bardzo smaczne pierozki Zrobilam z maka zytnia grubo mielona - nie dosc, ze pyszne, to jeszcze sliczne. Polecam.
