pierś z kurczaka jak pizza

Ingredients:

2 piersi z kurczaka
0,5 kg pieczarek
2-3 cebule
ser żółty( starty)
majonez
olej
przyprawa do kurczaka, przyprawa do pizzy lub inne ulubione przyprawy

Prepare instructions:

Piersi z kurczaka rozbić ( tak jak na kotlety tylko bardzo cienko) posypać przyprawą do kurczaka i odstawić. Cebulę pokroić w piórka i zeszklić. Dodać pokrojone w cienkie plasterki pieczarki i razem poddusić (aż odparujemy wodę którą puszczą pieczarki) i doprawić przyprawą do pizzy. Na wysmarowanej olejem blaszce układamy piersi z kurczaka, na każdy taki ,,kotlecik'' układamy uduszone pieczarki i smarujemy to majonezem. Posypujemy serem i zapiekamy.

Bardzo smaczna kombinacja ucieszyłam sie, że wreszcie znalazłam przepis, w którym nie trzeba kurczaka najpierw smażyć. Jedyne zastrzeżenie jakie mam to straszna ilość sosu, który powstał przy pieczeniu. Musiałam sporo czasu go odparowywać ale i tak danie było super!!! polecam z frytkami i Colesławem.
