Pikantna zupa krem z brokuł

Difficulty level
Very easy

Ingredients:

3 brokuły
3 ziemniaki
1 łyżka masła
4 cebule
4 szklanki bulionu
0,5 szklanki mleka
papryczka chilli lub chilli w proszku
ząbek czosnku
gałka muszkatołowa

na 1 talerz:
1 łyżeczka uprażonego sezamu
2 łyżki grzanek
2 łyżki sera żółtego

Prepare instructions:

Zupa brokułowa:
Brokuły i ziemniaki gotujemy w osolonej wodzie. Odlewamy.

Dodajemy zeszkloną na maśle cebulę, ząbek czosnku. Dodajemy mleko, bulion, odrobinę gałki muszkatołowej i chilli (wg uznania). Miksujemy na gładką masę.

Wylewamy wrzące na talerz. Dodajemy trochę tartego sera, na to grzanki podpieczone na maśle i uprażony sezam.

Podobnie robię zupę dyniową, ale zamiast sezamu używam pestek z dyni (w moich przepisach)

Bardzo kurcze spoko wersja kremu z broku, trafia do ulubionych. Podoba mi sie też pomysł z dodaniam sera pod grzanki - dzieki temu dłużej pozostają chrupiące : ) Ja tylko nie odlewalem wody z gotowanych warzyw - zamiast tego w ogóle ich nie soliłem i zaraz po zagotowaniu wrzuciłem dwie kostki rosłowe. Dziąki temu nie pozbywamy sie witamin. Pozdro i polecam to zupisko
