Ingredients:

Składniki na 15 sztuk:

CIASTO KRUCHE NA SPÓD:

1 szklanka* mąki
1/4 kostki schłodzonej margaryny
1 żółtko
sól, pieprz

MASA SEROWA:

300 g serka wiejskiego
150 ml śmietany kremówki
3 jajka
2 łyżki mąki
1 por
1 łyżeczka masła
4 kabanosy (80g)
50 g żółtego sera
sól, pieprz

* szklanka o pojemności 250 ml

Prepare instructions:

Wszystkie składniki na ciasto kruche szybko zagnieść. Ciasto cienko rozwałkować, powykrawać z niego koła o średnicy spodu foremek do babeczek (lub formy na muffiny). Ciastem wylepić dno foremek (wcześniej należy je wyłożyć papierem do pieczenia).
MASA SEROWA:
Por drobno posiekać. Przesmażyć na łyżeczce masła. Wystudzić.
Kabanosy pokroić w cienkie plasterki.
Żółtka jajek oddzielić od białek. Białka ubić na sztywno ze szczyptą soli.

Serek wiejski przetrzeć przez sito. Zmiksować ze śmietaną kremówką, żółtkami jajek i mąką. Do masy dodać pokrojone kabanosy (kilka zostawić do posypania wierzchu serniczków) i przesmażony wcześniej por. Przyprawić solą i pieprzem. Na końcu masę połączyć z pianą z białek, delikatnie, ale dokładnie wymieszać.
Masę serową rozlać do foremek wyłożonych wcześniej kruchym ciastem. Wierch posypać plasterkami kabanosów. Wstawić do nagrzanego piekarnika. Piec ok. 30 minut w 160-170 stopniach.
