Piwna wieprzowina

Ingredients:

1 kg wieprzowiny bez kości - szynki – (najchudsza!!,) łopatki, karku (kark tak zamarynowany nadaje się na grilla) – schab jest za suchy)
piwo 0,33 około
czosnek
cebula
tymianek
sól, ziele, listek,
olej/oliwa

Prepare instructions:

Mięso pokroić w plastry, rozbić, nasolić, natrzeć czosnkiem. Cebulę pokroić. Mięso układać w dowolnym naczyniu. Na dno dać troszkę cebuli, potem plasterki cebuli, posypać tymiankiem itd. warstwami.
Całość zalać piwem tak, aby mięsko było przykryte. ( jak za mało można dodać wody)
naczynie szczelnie przykryć i zostawić w lodówce na dwa dni (co najmniej 24 godziny)
Po dwóch dniach wyciągnąć mięsko i cebulę z marynaty.

Na dno garnczka do duszenia wrzucić cebule z piwa, ziele i listek. Plasterki mięska obsmażać na obie strony, układać w garnuszku. Zalać 0,5 szklanki marynaty, uzupełnić wodą, dosolić ( ja dodaję maggi) dusić około 30-45 min (zależy od mięsa) lub piec na grillu

Bardzo podobny przepis wkonywała Marta na TVN Style wyglądało to niezwykle apetycznie. A na koniec dodawała do sosu śmietanę. Mam pytanie czy mocno czuć piwo bo ja nieabardzo przepadam za tym trunkiem a chciałabym coś zrobic dla mojego taty piwosza na urodziny i tak sobie pomyslałam o twoim przepisie. Pozdrawiam

Piwa jako takiego nie czuć, tylko w czasie gotowania troszkę. Po prostu nadaje wieprzowinie charakterystyczny posmak i powoduje, że jest bardziej krucha. Śmietana do sosu pasuje jak najbardziej, podobnie jak zielona natka czy listek kolendry.
