Ingredients:

Składniki:

♦ 40 dkg mąki
♦ 3 dkg drożdży
♦ 1 szkl. letniej wody
♦ 1 łyżka cukru
♦ 1/2 łyżeczki soli
♦ 2 łyżki oleju


Oprócz tego:
♦ 25 dkg pieczarek
♦ 1 cebula
♦ 20 dkg wędliny
♦ 20 dkg sera żółtego
♦ przecier pomidorowy lub keczup
♦ sól, pieprz, oregano

Prepare instructions:

Sposób przygotowania:

Wsypać mąkę do miski, zrobić wgłębienie rozkruszyć drożdże, zalać letnią wodą i wsypać cukier. Zostawić na 30 min.
Następnie dodać olej, sól, wyrobić ciasto i zostawić na 30 min.
Po tym czasie wyłożyć ciasto na dużą blachę, podziurkować ciasto widelcem, posmarować przecierem lub keczupem.

Pieczarki pokroić, przesmażyć na patelni do wyparowania wody. Osobno usmażyć cebulę na jasnozłoty kolor, połączyć z pieczarkami.(sól i pieprz do smaku)

Na przygotowane wcześniej ciasto nałożyć pieczarki, wędlinę, posypać oregano.
Piec w temp. 180°C ok. 25 min.

Pod koniec pieczenia posypać żółtym tartym serem.

Ostatnio zrobiłam pizzę. szukałam prostego przepisu. Wyszła całkiem do rzeczy. tylko ja oprócz składników z Twojego farszu dodałam jeszcze podsmażoną podwójną pierś z kurczaka i paprykę ( czerwoną i zieloną). kazdy ma swoje ulubione dodatki.
Mimo wszystko dzieki z aprzepis. Dodałam do swoich ulubionych. Pozdrawiam.
