Pizza szybka i smaczna

Ingredients:

11 łyżek mąki
50g drożdży
5 łyżek oleju
0,5 szklanki przegotowanej, ostudzonej wody
sól
pieprz
według uznania:
ser żółty, pieczarki, szynka, cebula, sos do pizzy lub koncntrat pomidorowy

Prepare instructions:

Z mąki, drożdży, oleju , przegotowanej wody ,soli i pieprzu zrobić ciasto, można też dodać łyżeczkę czerwonej papryki słodkiej...Ciasto będzie bardziej zarumienione i smaczniejsze :) .

Pozostawić do wyrośnięcia...następnie rozwałkować ciasto i przełożyć do wysmarowanej olejem blachy. Spód ciata smaruję koncentratem pomidorowym, a brzegi z reguły olejem, ponieważ w pieczeniu ciasto lubi się bardzo spiec, w tym wypadku będzie miękkie.

Układamy na spodzie (koncentracie pomidorowym) cebulę, pieczarki, szynkę i co tylko chcemy i mamy na to ochotę. Posypujemy startym serem i vegetą do smaku. Pieczemy około 35 min.

mąkę daję pszenną... a stopni, hmm... piekę w piekarniku elektrycznym a w gazowym piekłam raz 170stopni i też była dobra.
