Ingredients:

Ciasto:
* 4 jaja,
* 1 szkl. cukru,
* 2 szkl. mąki,
* 2/3 szkl. oliwy,
* 1 szkl.orzechów /grubo posiekanych/ lub 1/2 szkl.
obranych ziarenek złonecznika
* 1 łyżeczka sody,
* 2-3 łyżki cynamonu,
* 1 łyżeczka pr. do piecz.,
* 4-5 jabłek /obranych i pokrojonych w grubszą kostkę/

Polewa:
* 1-2 tabliczki mlecznej czekolady
* wiórki kokosowe do posypania całości

Prepare instructions:

Jaja ubić z cukrem na pulchną masę.
Wlać oliwę i ubijać do uzyskania jedniolitej masy.
Mąkę, sodę, proszek do pieczenia i cynamon razem przesiać.
Dodać do masy jajecznej wymieszać.
Dodać jabłka i orzechy /lub słonecznik/ i wymieszać delikatnie.
Całość wylać do okrągłej lub prostokątnej formy wysmarowanej tłuszczem i wysypanej bułką tartą.
Piec ok. 1 godziny w temp. 180⁰C.
Jeszcze ciepłe ciasto posmarować czekoladą rozpuszczoną w kąpieli wodnej.

Całość posypać kokosem.

nie wiedziałam ze to jest placek amerykański...Robie juz go od kilku lat pod nazwa placka z 8 jabłek...faktycznie jest przepyszny...mysle jednak ze najlebszy jest z czekoladą...a orzechy mozna ale nie trzeba dodawać( ciasto robi sie trochę cięzkie)...Dobre jest też z rodzynkami i skórką pomarańczową..pozdrawiam:))))
