Placek luksusowy z masą orzechową

Ingredients:

40 dag margaryny,
40 dag cukru,
8 jajek,
14 dag mąki ziemniaczanej,
14 dag maki pszennej,
2 płaskie łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia,
1 łyżka amoniaku,
10 dag mielonych orzechów,
10 dag wiórkow kokosowych,
zapach cytrynowy,
10 dag maku.

Masa orzechowa:
1 szklanka zmielonych orzechów,
1 szklanka mleka,
250 g margaryny,
25 dag cukru pudru.

Polewa czekoladowa.

Prepare instructions:

ºCiasto: margarynę utrzeć, dodać cukier, żółtka oraz mąkę pszenną. Na końcu dodać mąkę ziemniaczaną z proszkiem i amoniakiem oraz pianę z białek i lekko wymieszac. Ciasto podzielić na 3 części: I -dodać orzechy, II- dodać kokos i zapach cytrynowy,III-dodać mak. Każdy placek piec osobno w temp.160-180ºC przez 20-35 min.

Masa orzechowa:
orzechy sparzyć mlekiem i ostudzić. Margarynę utrzeć z cukrem pudrem na pulchną masę. Dodawać łyżką orzechy, ciągle ucierając.

Przełożenie placka: placek orzechowy-masa orzechowa-placek kokosowy-masa orzechowa- placek makowy-polewa.

Blaszka 25x40 cm.
