Ingredients:

80dag ziemniaków 50dag pieczarek 4łyżki masła 1 1/2 łyżki soli 1/4 łyżeczki pieprzu 50dag pomidorów 4 łyżki siekanej natki pietruszki 1/8 l śmietany 125g pikantnej goudy 75g tartej bułki 2łyzki ziarna sezamu

Prepare instructions:

Ziemniaki wyszorować szczoteczką , pokroić w plasterki, zalać wodą , ugotować na półmiękko, odcedzić . Grzyby oczyścić, opłukać , osuszyć, pokroić w plasterki.Na niwielkiej ilości masła porcjami podsmażać grzyby, często mieszając.Posolić opruszyć pieprzem, przełożyć na sito, ociekający sok zachować.Pomidory pokroić w plasterki i ułożyć na serwetce papierowej.Sok z grzybów wymieszać z natką pietruszki i śmietaną . Ser zetrzeć, wymieszać z bułką tartą , ziarnem sezamu i reszta masła, palcami wyrobić kruszonkę . Poszczególne składniki ułożyc warstwami, posypując je przyprawami, w następującej kolejności:ziemniaki, grzyby, pomidory, śmietana,ziemniaki, kruszonka.Kołacz upiec na środkowym poziomie piekarnikaPiec 45min. w temperaturze 200 stopni.Jest to znakomita potrawa . Mozna ją piec w głębokiej żaroodpornej formie.

No trudno,każdy z nas ma po prostu inny gust jednemu będzie smakować drugiemu mniej.
