Placki ziemniaczane z sosem kurkowym

Ingredients:

Placki ziemniaczane:
ok 300 g ziemniaków
2 jaja
3-4 łyżki mąki tortowej
0,5 łyżeczki soli
0,5 łyżeczki pieprzu czarnego
0,25 łyżeczki czosnku granulowanego
1 cebula

Sos:
200 - 300 g kurek
1 cebula
250 ml śmietany 36%
1 - 2 łyżki masła
sól, pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Ziemniaki i cebulę zetrzeć na tarce warzywnej o drobnych oczkach (cebulę można zmiksować przy pomocy blendera). Dodać jajka, mąkę i przyparwy. Dokładnie wymieszać. Smażyć na oleju niewielkie placki na rozgrzanej patelni (powinny być złote).
Kurki dokładnie oczyścić. Pokrojoną w drobną kostkę cebulę zeszklić na maśle. Dorzucić kurki i smażyć ok 5-8 minut. Dolać śmietanę i dusić ok 10 min na średnim ogniu (lub do czasu, aż sos zgęstnieje). Doprawić do smaku solą i pieprzem.

Placki układać dachówkowato na talerzykach i polać sosem kurkowym.

Miło mi skomentować kurki jako pierwszy. Placki wszyscy znamy, sos z kurek to dla mnie nowość. Po raz pierwszy jem kurki w sosie smietanowym. Żona jest bardzo zachwycona(chociaż ona jest zawsze zachwycona jak nie musi gotować). wszystkim bardzo smakowało pozdrawiam Michał
