Ingredients:

Składniki:

3 jajka
1/3 filiżanki mąki żytniej
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
1/3 łyżeczki gałki muszkatołowej
1 łyżeczka cynamonu
1-2 łyżki syropu klonowego, lub miodu (placuszki wychodza mało słodkie, więc jak ktoś woli bardziej słodkie, to moze dodać wiecej)
3-4 łyżki sera białego
mleko, tyle by ciasto miało gęstość ciasta na racuchy
1-2 łyżki zmielonych orzeczow (u mnie włoskie)
ewentualnie owoce
olej do smażenia------->ta wersja jest pieczona

Prepare instructions:

Mąkę, proszek, miód, przyprawy wymieszaj. Dodaj żółtka, a białka w osobnej miseczce ubij na sztywno. Do masy dodaj utarty ser z orzechami i dolewaj mleka tak by powstała konsystencja gęstej śmietany. Na końcu dodaj białko i delikatnie wymieszaj. Można dodać dowolne owoce.
Smażyć na oleju.

Na zdjęciu eksperymentowałam i piekłam w piekarniku, ale bardziej wyszły ciasteczkowe niż placuszkowe :)
