Racuchy przepysznie jabłkiem i bananem urozmaicone

Ingredients:

¹/₂ kg mąki tortowej
2 opakowania kefiru naturalnego (2x400g)
mleko
2-3 łyżki cukru
1 łyżeczka sody oczyszczonej
1 czubata łyżeczka cynamonu
1 opakowanie cukru waniliowego
2 średnie jabłka
1 banan
olej do smażenia

Prepare instructions:

Do miski wsypać makę i sodę, wymieszać, dodać obydwa kefiry, cukier, cukier waniliowy i cynamon, mieszać mikserem, wlać mleko, tyle, żeby otrzymać konsystencje gęstej śmietany. Jabłko pokroić na nieduże kawałki, można obrać ze skórki, ale niekoniecznie, banana pokroić na cienkie plasterki. Owoce dodać do ciasta i zamieszać łyżką. Racuchy bardzo smaczne, wszyscy się zajadali! Do masy daliśmy nawet dwa banany, a gotowe racuchy posypaliśmy cukrem pudrem. Wszystko łatwo i szybko się robi. Polecam ten przepis
