Polędwiczki z miodem i musztardą

Ingredients:

Porcja na dwie osoby:

- 2 polędwiczki wieprzowe
- 2 lyzki miodu plynnego
- 4 lyzki musztardy
- 1 lyzka masla
- 2 lyzki oliwy z oliwek
- 1,5 szklanki miodu pitnego lub trojniaka
- 1,5 szklanki slodkiej smietany
- sol i pieprz do smaku

Prepare instructions:

Poledwiczki lekko rozbic. Z miodu i musztardy przyrzadzic marynate, umiescic w niej poledwiczki i calosc wstawic na 2-3 godziny do lodowki. Po tym czasie obsmazyc ze wszystkich stron na oliwie z maslem, podlac miodem i smietana i dusic ok. 10 minut do zgestnienia sosu. Na koncu doprawic sola i pieprzem.
Podawac np. z puree ziemniaczanym i salatka warzywna.

Danie ma oryginalny smak, a sos jest aksamitny i aromatyczny. Ja lubie je podac w niedziele na obiad.

Polędwiczki bardzo smaczne, robi się szybko. Sos rzeczywiście aksamitny, tylko ja lekko przesadziłam z miodem do sosu i następnym razem dam na pewno mniej.

Bradzo prosty przepis a efektowne danie. Dodałam do miodu i musztardy trochę sosu sojowego grzybowego (oststanio wszędzie go dodaję, no może poza lodami ). Wyszło ciekawie.
