Juz od paru laty robie podobna polewe. Ja uzywam na 100 g czekolady 125 ml smietany i dodaje

jeden platek zelantyny.Zelantyne dodaje na samym koncu ciagle mieszajac az sie rozpusci.

Ta polewe uzywam do wszystkich ciast i tortow.Latwo sie kroi i pieknie blyszczy.
