pomarańczowe ciasto Anki

Ingredients:

1/2 kubka masła roślinnego
1/2 szkl cukru
szkl. mąki
1 czubata łyżka mąki ziemniaczanej
3 jaja
2 płaskie łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
1 duza pomarańcza
1 cytryna
1szkl cukru pudru

Prepare instructions:

Masło, jaja, cukier ucieramy na puszysta masę, dodajemy oba rodzaje mąki. Dokladnie mieszamy, wlewamy do wysmarowanej i wysypanej kaszką manną formy z kominkiem(mala tortownica lub forma do babki). Pieczemy w średnio gorącym piekarniku przez10-15', potem zwiększamy temperature. Patyczek wsadzony do ciasta powinien być suchy - wtedy jest ok.
wyjmujemy ciasto na talerz po lekkim przestudzeniu.W tzw międzyczasie ścieramy skórkę z pomarańczy i cytryny, a następnie wyciskamy z nich sok.Mieszamy skórkę i sok z cukrem pudrem i jeszcze ciepłe ciasto obficie nasączamy.
W wersji bardziej kalorycznej do "dziury" kładziemy bitąśmietanę i posypujemy prażonymi na patelni płatkami migdałowymi

Czy ktos pokusił się juz na to ciasto? Właśnie szukałam podobnego przepisu.

Bardzo dobre ciasto, bo proste, pachnące i inne od innych.
