Pomidorowa pasta z tuńczyka

Ingredients:

1 puszka tuńczyka w oleju (ok. 160 g), odsączonego
2-3 suszone pomidory z oleju, odsączone
1 łyżka miękkiego masła
1 łyżeczka suszonego lubczyku
świeżo mielony pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Wszystkie składniki umieszczam w misce, rozdrabniam przy pomocy blendera na gładką masę. Doprawiam do smaku pieprzem i ewentualnie odrobiną soli (u mnie nie było takiej potrzeby, ponieważ pomidory były dość słone).

Gotową pastę przekładam do czystego naczynia.

Podaję do chleba z ulubionymi dodatkami, np. ogórkiem konserwowym, marynowaną pieczoną papryką itp.

Wygląda fajnie ale nie za tłusto? I pomidory, i tuńczyk są tłuste nawet po odsączeniu...

Nieco zmodyfikowalam przepis. Zamiast suszonych pomidorow dodalam wlasnorecznie robiona paste pomidorowa. No i nie dodawalam masla. Ale mysle, ze smak byl zblizony/podobny. Suma sumarum - polecam. Smaczna pasta dla osob lubiacych tunczyka.
