Pomidorowa ze świeżych pomidorów-prosta

Ingredients:

Mała porcja rosołowa
Kucharek 2 łyżki
80dkg małych pomidorów (mogą być LIMA)
Włoszczyzna (por,marchew,pietruszka,seler)
Śmietana
Natka pietruszki

Prepare instructions:

Porcję rosołową myjemy w ciepłej wodzie wkładamy do garnka, zalewamy wodą, dodajemy kucharka. Gotujemy od zagotowania ok 20 minut. Wyciągamy porcję i wrzucamy startą włoszczyznę i pokrojonego pora, przykrywamy i gotujemy ok 15minut. W tym czasie nacinamy pomidorki i sparzamy wrzątkiem, zdejmujemy skórki, przekrawamy na pół usuwając twardy rdzeń. Kroimy w drobną kostkę starając się by nie uciekło nam dużo soku. Pokrojone pomidory wrzucamy do wywaru i gotujemy ok. 20 minut, na koniec dodajemy śmietanę i posiekaną nać pietruszki. Zupę podajemy z ryżem, makaronem lub czystą. Można przed dodaniem śmietany i natki pietruszki zupę zmiksować w garnku blenderem i mamy pyszną zupę krem którą podajemy z groszkiem ptysiowym!!. SMACZNEGO!!
