Pomidory nadziewane jajkiem

Ingredients:

Znalazlam ten przepis w kanadyjskim magazynie, a ze juz nam sie znudzily na sniadanie jajka na miekko albo jajecznica........zdecydowalam sie na wybrobowanie tego cuda i.......
wynik swietny... moi byli zadowoleni. Tak wiec dziele sie tym przepisem z wami bo wiem ze lubicie eksperymentowac tak jak ja.

Na cztery osoby bedzie trzeba:
cztery duze pomidory, najlepiej takie niezbyt okragle
- aby mogly same stac po wbiciu jajka
cztery jajka
plasterki szynki lub boczku
sol, pieprz
pesto(aczkolwiek ja akurat nie mialam i w zamian dalam startego sera)

Prepare instructions:

Tak wiec obciac wierzch pomidora i wybrac lyzeczka miasz,
nastepnie posolic srodek pomidora i odstawic do gory nogami na papierowym reczniku aby wszystkie soki odplynely okolo 10 min.

Wytrzec srodek pomidora , posolic i popieprzyc
dodac lyzeczke pesto (wedlug gustu ja nie mialam i nie dalam)
wyscielic srodek pomidora szynka lub boczkiem i wbic do kazdego
po jednym jajku.
Ulozyc na papierze do pieczenia i siup dorozgrzanego piekarnika
220 C na 15 minut az jajka sie zetna ( tak jak sadzone)

Jezeli pomidorki sa okragle to mozna je powsadzac do foremek na muffiny przed wsadzaniem do piekarnika.

Akurat robilam zupe to zmielilam tan miasz i siup do zupy, ale tez smialo mozna zamrozic i wykorzystac pozniej np. do sosu itd
