Ingredients:

● 1/2 kg mąki
● 3 dag drożdży
● ok. szklanka letniego mleka
● 1/4 kostki masła (5 dag)
● łyżeczka soli
● jajko
● żółtko
● gruba sól do posypania

Prepare instructions:

■ Mąkę przesiać do miski, wsypać łyżeczkę soli, zrobić wgłębienie. Wkruszyć drożdże, wlać trochę mleka, wymieszać z niewielką ilością mąki, odstawić na 15 minut do wyrośnięcia.
■ Dodać masło, wbić jajko, wlać tyle mleka, by wyrobić elastyczne ciasto. Odstawić pod przykryciem w ciepłe miejsce na 40 minut.
■ Ciasto podzielić na 12 części, z każdej uformować wałek grubości palca, zwinąć w precle. Ułożyć na wyłożonej papierem do pieczenia blasze, odstawić na 15 minut. Posmarować rozmąconym żółtkiem, posypać grubą solą. Piec ok. 15 minut w temp. 200°C.

Super przepis a oto moje dzieło, co prawda do posypania użyłam kminku, papryki i pestek słonecznika - dla mnie pycha:)
