Ingredients:

ziemniaki
cebula
sól, pieprz
mąka pszenna(ok.2 łyżki)
proszek do pieczenia(łyżeczka)

olej(do smażenia)

Prepare instructions:

Ziemniaki zetrzeć na tarce, na grubych oczkach. Cebulę pokroić w kostkę. Włożyć razem do miski, dodać resztę składników i wymieszać ręką - ziemniaki muszą być obtoczone w mące.
Brać na łyżkę niewielkie porcje i smażyć na złoto na oleju.

Bez proszku do pieczenia przekąska jest bardziej chrupka.
Najlepiej smakuje ze śmietaną

ziemniaki zetrzec na tarce jak na plcaki ziemniaczane, czy na duzych otworach?

podałaś Kasiulkasp proporcje mąki i proszku do pieczenia ale nie napisałaś na jaką ilość cebuli i ziemniaków?

dlatego, że obieram tyle ziemniaków na ile mam ochotę czasem 5 czasem 8 w zależności od tego ile ma wyjść - mąki dodaje się niewiele w stosunku do ziemniaków i jak sądzę, że mam za mało mąki to dodaję jeszcze trochę i tak wyjdzie
