Przepyszne bezy czekoladowo-miętowe

Very easy

Ingredients:

porcja na ok. 48 sztuk

6 białek (zazwyczaj w ten sposób wykorzystuję białka pozostałe po lodach miętowych),
szczypta soli,
1 szklanka cukru,
15 dag posiekanych czekoladek miętowych (After Eight, ale równie dobre i tańsze są pastylki czekoladowe Goplany).

Prepare instructions:

Białka umieszczam w dużej misce, wsypuję sól i ubijam mikserem na sztywną pianę. Dopiero wtedy porcjami wsypuję cukier, ciągle ubijając. Dodaję posiekane czekoladki i szybko miksuję razem.

Piekarnik ustawiam na 80-90 stopni i włączam, razem z termoobiegiem (jeżeli robię z pół porcji na jednej blasze termoobieg wyłączam, za to temperaturę zwiększam do 100 stopni.)

Dwie duże blachy (te z piekarnika) wykładam papierem do pieczenia albo natłuszczam masłem. Łyżeczką nakładam zgrabne kupki masy, wstawiam do piekarnika i zamykam drzwiczki, wsuwając między nie a obudowę łyżkę (drzwiczki muszą !!! być uchylone). Suszę 3 godziny.

Bezy świetnie się przechowują w zamkniętej puszce.

Upiekłam i muszę powiedzieć, że są pyszne! To coś dla tych, którym znudziły sie nudne, mdłe i słodkie bezy! ;) aha dodałam trochę budyniu śmetankowego.
