Ingredients:

1 kg mąki

! szklanka cukru +5 łyżeczek

10 dag drożdży

1,5 szkl. mleka

cukier waniliowy

5 jajek

kostka margaryny

szczypta soli

Prepare instructions:

Mleko zagrzać delikatnie z 5 łyżkami cukru pokruszyć do niego drożdże. Kiedy zaczyn będzie gotowy dodać go do mąki, jajek, cukrów i soli. Wyrobić ciasto dokładnie i na koniec wgnieść 3/4 kostki margaryny. Ciasto wyrabiać aż do uzyskania jednolitej masy odchodzącej od rąk i miski. Jeżeli będzie za rzadkie dosypujemy mąkę. Odstawić do wyrośnięcia. Z reszty margaryny, cukru i mąki robimy kruszonkę. Kiedy ciasto już wyrośnie wykładamy na blachę posypujemy kruszonką i wstawiamy do lekko nagrzanego piekarnika. Pieczemy ok. 1 godz. w temp. 180 stopni.

Uwaga!

Ciasto jest dość duże więc albo używajcie dużej blachy albo dwie mniejsze. Ja tym razem upiekłam mniejsze ciasto...

Zrobione, w połowie już zjedzone, bardzo dobre. Wyrosło pięknie, a w sumie bardzo szybko się zrobiło. Rodzina zadowolona- dzięki, Iza.

Nie ,margarynę w całości rozkruszamy aż się wgniecie w ciasto
