Puszysty sernik z mandarynkami- pieczony

Ingredients:

CIASTO:
-15 dag zmielonego twarogu
-4 łyżki oleju
-jajko
-5 dag cukru
-20 dag mąki
-łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

MASA SEROWA:
-2 małe puszki mandarynek
-3 jajka
-cytryna
-10 dag masła
-15 dag cukru
-75 dag zmielonego twarogu
-25 dag kwaśnej śmietany
-budyń śmietankowy
-łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

Dodatkowo:
-cukier puder

Prepare instructions:

CIASTO:
Wszystkie składniki mieszamy i zagniatamy na gładkie ciasto.
Ciasto rozwałkowujemy i wykładamy nim wysmarowaną tłuszczem tortownicę o średnicy 26 cm. Formujemy wysokie brzegi.

MASA SEROWA:
Mandaryki odcedzamy, żółtka oddzielamy od białek, cytrynę spażamy i ścieramy łyżeczkę skórki. Owoc przekrawamy na pół i wyciskamy łyżkę soku.

Masło ucieramy z cukrem i żółtkami na puszystą masę. Dodajemy twaróg, śmietanę, bydyń na sypko, proszek do pieczenia, sok i skórkę z cytryny. Wszystko dokładnie mieszamy. Dodajemy połowę mandarynek.

Białka ubijamy na sztywną pianę, dodajemy do masy i delikatnie mieszamy.

Na ciasto wykładamy masę serową. Na wierzchu układamy mandarynki. Ciasto wkładamy do nagrzanego piekarnika i pieczemy ok. 1 godz. w temp. 180^oC.
Po ostudzeniu posypujemy ciasto cukrem pudrem.
