Robię prawie identyczne ciasto - zasadnicza różnica polega na tym, że nie ucieram tylko zagotowuję składniki podane w pierwszym wersie - poza jajkiem oczywiście. W to miejsce "wskakuje" mleko, a do ostudzonej masy dodaję 2 jajka. Muszę spróbować twojego sposobu, chociaż nie przepadam za ucieraniem ciast ( z lenistwa). Myślę, że też będzie smaczne. Pozdrawiam.
