Ingredients:

1/2 l mleka

5 dag drożdży

1/4 kg cukru

1/2 kg mąki

2 jajka

sól

2 jabłka ( najlepiej kwaśne )

olej do smażenia

Prepare instructions:

Ugotować mleko dodając cukier i sól do smaku.

Drożdże zruszyć ( rozmieszać z niewielką ilością letniej wody i cukru i pozostawić w ciepłym miejscu do wyrośnięcia ).

Gdy mleko jest letnie wlewamy je do miski, dosypujemy mąkę, dodajemy kolejno jajka, mieszamy aż do uzyskania konsystencji gesciejszego ciasta naleśnikowego.

Kiedy drożdże dostatecznie już wyrosły dodajemy je do ciasta wraz z obranymi i pokrojonymi w małe cząstki jabłkami, delikatnie mieszamy i odstawiamy w ciepłe miejsce do wyrośnięcia.

Po wyrośnięciu, ciasto nakładamy drewnianą łyżką na gorącą patelnię z olejem i smażymy na złoty kolor z obydwu stron.

Robię podobne ,ale dodaję drożdże Dr.Oetkera instant.Moim zdaniem te "kozy,",jak ja je nazywam nie mają drożdżowego (specyficznego)
zapachu i pozostają dłużej świeże,chociaż i tak znikają z patery błyskawicznie.Pozdrawiam.

Spróbowałem. Wyszły pyszne. Polecam ten przepis, gdyż jest nieskomplikowany i dość szybki w wykonaniu. Proponuję małą wariację - dodać rodzynki...Pozdrawiam!!!
