Rafaello na słonych krakersach-łatwe i pyszne

Ingredients:

3 duże paczki słonych krakersów
4 paczki wiórek kokosowych ( 10 dag jedna)
1 kostka margaryny
1 cukier waniliowy
2 żółtka
1,5 szklanki cukru
12 łyżek mąki pszennej
1 litr mleka
olejek migdałowy

Prepare instructions:

Z litra mleka odlać trochę, nie więcej jak jedną szklankę i rozrobić w niej mąkę. Żółtka z resztą mleka i cukrem zagotować, do tego wlać mleko z rozrobioną mąką i gotować, cały czas mieszając, aż się zrobi budyń. Ostudzić. Rozetrzeć margarynę i po trochu dodawać ostudzony budyń, aż powstanie masa, do niej dodać cukier waniliowy i olejek migdałowy, a na końcu wsypać 3 paczki wiórek kokosowych.Na blasze rozłożyć jedną warstwę krakersów, na nie część masy, znów warstwę krakersów, potem znowu mase, którą należy posypać resztą wiórek. Ciasto wstawić na ok. 3 godz. do lodówki.Robię to ciasto i jest rewelacyjne. Polecam gorąco i życzę smacznego!!!

ciasto jest przepyszne !! zrobiłam dzisiaj, tylko zamiast margaryny dodałam masło roślinne ;) na moją blachę wystarczyły dwie paczki ciastek.

W przepisie napisane, że trzeba rozetrzez margaryne. Rozumiem, że rozcieramy ją razem z tą ugotowaną masą?
