Ingredients:

7 jajek
1 szkl cukru
1 szkl mąki tortowej
1/2 szkl mąki ziemniaczanej
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
1 szkl suchego maku
2 szkl mleka
100 g wiórków kokosowych
2 łyżki mąki krupczatki;1 margarynę
1 czubatą łyżkę margaryny
2 łyżki cukru pudru
100 g wiórków kokosowych

Prepare instructions:

CIASTO: żółtka oddzielić od białek. Z białek ubić pianę na sztywno, miksując dodać: żółtka, cukier, mąkę wymieszaną z proszkiem do pieczenia (przesianą przez sitko), na końcu dodać mak. Blaszkę (29*40) posmarować olejem i oprószyć bułką tartą-wylać na blaszkę ciasto. Piec 30 minut w temp.180 st C.

KREM:1 szkl mleka zagotować, w drugiej wymieszać mąkę i zamoczyć wiórki. Gdy mleko będzie się gotować wlać namoczone wiórki i ugotować je tak jak budyń. Ostudzić. Ostudzony biszkopt przeciąć wzdłuż na pół, do 1/2 szkl wody dodać pół olejku cytrynowego i nasączyć połową spód ciasta. Ukręcić miękką margarynę z cukrem pudrem dodając po łyżce budyniu kokosowego. Połowę kremu wyłożyć na spód ciasta, położyć wierzch ciasta, nasączyć go i położyć resztę kremu.

ZASMAŻKA:Margarynę rozpuścić na patelni,dodać cukier puder i wiórki. Zasmażyć to na złoty kolor. Przestudzić i wyłożyć je na ciasto. Włożyć na pół godziny do lodówki.
