400g mięsa mielonego
1 bakłażan
1 cukinia
2 pomidory
1 cebula
3 łyżki ajvaru (zamiast tego może być również sos pomidorowy)
3 łyżki śmietany 18%
150g sera żółtego
kostka rosołowa
warzywko, pieprz, majeranek, czosnek granulowany, pieprz ziołowy, papryka słodka i ostra

Prepare instructions:

mięso mielone podsmażamy na patelni, dodajemy kostkę rosołową, przyprawiamy sporo majerankiem i czosnkiem granulowanym oraz innymi przyprawami
posiekać cebulę i dołączyć do mięsa
gdy cebula zmięknie, przesypujemy mięso do naczynia żaroodpornego lub blachy wyłożonej folią aluminiową lub papierem
posypujemy mięso startym serem żółtym
bakłażan, cukinię i pomidory kroimy w cienkie talarki
układamy warzywa na mięsie
ajvar lub sos mieszamy ze śmietaną z kilkoma łyżkami wody i zalewamy tym warzywa z mięsem
pieczemy w rozgrzanym piekarniku do 200^oC przez ok 35min

Podajemy z pieczywem, ryżem lub makaronem. Smacznego!
