Dżemu dodajemy wg upodobania  ale najlepiej po  1.2 łyżeczki do kawy,na każdy rogalik..
a śmietana??   jaką mam w  lodówce 18 %, 22?  raz nawet zrobiłam ze śmietany do zup  12%...  i im kwaśniejsza, tym lepsza.
