Rogaliki drożdżowe bez czekania

Ingredients:

4 szkl mąki tortowej
3 żółtka
25 dag masła
1 cukier waniliowy
1 szkl śmietany
4 dag drożdży

1 jajo do posmarowania

Nadzienie:
Powidła lub nutella

Prepare instructions:

Wbrew pozorom drożdżowe nie znaczy czasochłonne!
Szybkie, smaczne. Smakują bosko!

Masło roztopić. Następnie wszystkie składniki połączyć razem. Wyrobić na gładkie, odstające od ręki ciasto.

Kulkę ciasta rozwałkować ( dla ładnego efektu ,można obrysować talerz ) i koło dzielić na 8 wycinków.

Na każdy kawałek nałożyć łyżeczką powidłę lub nutellę. Zwinąć od szerszej do węższej cześci i brzegi zagiąć, tak aby powstał rogalik. ( lub też nie zwijać i mamy ciasteczko )

Każdy rogalik posmarować jajkiem.Wyłożyć na papierze do pieczenia.

Piec w piekarniku góra/dół , 180 st, ok. 15 min.

Przechowywanie: Jeżeli jakieś rogaliki zostaną Wam na drugi dzień- chociaż wątpię ;-), to włóżcie je do zamykanego pudełka, ponieważ inaczej wyschną.

Wystarczy 18%. Szczerze mówiąc ostatnio zabrakło mi śmietany, bo w kuchni jej nie używam i dodałam jogurt 10% ( typu Grecki ) i też wyszły ;-) Powodzenia.

Bardzo szybko się robi i naprawdę smaczne. Robiłam z czekoladą i dżemem borówkowym - extra :D
