Rogaliki z jabłkami

Ingredients:

50 dkg maki pszennej
35 dkg margaryny Kasi
4 żółtka
2 jajka
2 łyzki kwaśnej śmietany
5 dkg drożdży
cynamon lub cukier waniliowy
szczypta soli
jabłka
białko i cukier do posypania

Prepare instructions:

Mąkę przesiać ,dodać pokruszone drozdże,margarynę i rozetrzeć w dłoniach.Wbić żóltka i jajko,oraz dodać śmietanę i szczyptę soli.
Zagnieść ciasto,zawinąć w folię i włozyć na noc do lodówki,albo na kilka godzin.
Następnie obrać jabłka ,wyciąć gniazda nasienne i pokroić na 8 części.Kawałki jabłka posypać odrobiną cynamonu lub cukru waniliowego jeśli ktoś nie lubi cynamonu.
Ciasto cienko rozwałkować i wycinać szklanką kólka lub wycinać radełkiem kwadraty.Do środka każdego włożyć kawałek jabłka i lepić rogaliki (przez zwijanie z jednej strony).

Układać je na blaszce wyłozonej papierem do pieczenia.Na wierzchu każdy rogalik posmarować rozmąconym białkiem i posypać cukrem (kryształem).
Piec ok.15-20 minut w piekarniku w temperaturze ok.180 ^o C.
Po upieczeniu wyłozyć na np.talerz i pozostawic do ostudzenia.

Swietny deser i bardzo sie komponuję z popołudniowa kawą.

Rogaliki są rewelacyjne.
Na pierwszych urodzinach córki wszyscy się zajadali i prosili o przepis.
