Rogaliki z wody

Ingredients:

8 dkg drożdży
6 łyżek mleka
2 łyżki cukru

1/2 kg mąki
25 dkg tłuszczu /może być margaryna/
2 jajka
cukier waniliowy

Prepare instructions:

Rozmieszać drożdże z mlekiem i cukrem.
Połączyć z wszystkimi pozostałymi składnikami i wyrobić ciasto.
Zawinąć w ściereczkę i włożyć do zimnej wody /wody tyle aby swobodnie mogło pływać i całe było przykryte/. Gdy ciasto wypłynie, wyjąć ze ścierki na lekko podsypaną mąką stolnicę, wyrabiać ciastka lub rogaliki z dżemem lub marmoladą.

Ja robiąc rogaliki wałkuję ciasto na okrągły placek, kroję na 8 części /aby powstały trójkąty/, kładę nadzienie na każdej części /od strony zewnętrznej-krótki bok trójkąta/ i zwijam do środka.

Piec na złoty kolor. Posypać cukrem pudrem.

znam ten sposób. moja mama robi tak od lat. tyle że zawija ciasto w woreczek foliowy i wtedy wkłada do wody ;)

Masz rację, w woreczku będzie praktyczniej. Przepis jest bardzo stary, pewnie wówczas woreczki foliowe były mniej dostępne.

Anulko, nigdy nie liczę, a poza tym zależy to też jak duże zrobisz /im mniejsze tym będzie ich więcej/.
