Rolada biszkoptowa - zawsze wychodzi

Difficulty level
Very easy

Ingredients:

6 jajek
5 łyżek mąki tortowej
1 łyżka mąki ziemniaczanej
6 łyżek cukru
pół łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
margaryna do posmarowania blachy
cukier puder do posypania rolady

Prepare instructions:

żółtka z cukrem utrzeć mikserem
dodać przesiane obie mąki i proszek do pieczenia, dalej ucierać
na końcu dodać ubitą pianę z białek (do białek szczypta soli) - delikatnie wymieszać łyżką
na płaskiej blaszce (takiej która jest na wyposażeniu piekarnika) rozsmarować margarynę i na to położyć papier do pieczenia
na blachę wylać masę biszkoptową i piec 10-15 min. w temp. 150⁰C (piekarnik elektryczny z termoobiegiem).
po upieczeniu jeszcze mocno ciepłe ciasto posypać cukrem pudrem i zwinąć (oczywiście bez papieru do pieczenia, który zwijając roladę stopniowo odklejamy)
gdy rolada ostygnie rozwijamy ją i smarujemy dowolną masą.

Posypanie ciasta cukrem pudrem powoduje, że rolada się nie skleja i nie trzeba zawijać jej w ściereczkę.

świetna. Ja poszłam na łatwiznę i całe jajka miksowałam z cukrem. Też się wszystko udało. Polceam.

dzieki temu papier idealnie przykleja sie do blachy i sie nie osuwa. rolada jest równiutka

Ja zawsze jakie ciasto bym nie robiła lekko smaruję blachę przed wyłożeniem papieru bo nie cierpię jak on mi "jeździ".
