Ingredients:

mieso mielone
czosnek
pieprz
sól
wegeta
maggi
majeranek
jajko lub dwa

marchewka
ogórek kiszony
cebula
pieczarki
ser zółty
jajka na twardo
oregano
pieprz
sól

Prepare instructions:

Na folii aluminiowej rozkładamy mieso mielone przyprawione jak podałam w składnikach (ugniatamy palcami tak zeby nie było dziurek). Nastepnie kładziemy na wierzch poszatkowaną marchewkę, pokrojone w kostkę:ogórek, cebule, pieczarki jajka, potarkowany ser, przyprawiamy jeszcze do smaku i zawijamy mieso jak roladę. Lepiej zeby folia byla dobrze zamknieta bo inaczej ser wypłynie podczas pieczenia. Teraz na blachę i do piekarnika. Proponuję ok. 30 min w 180-200 stopni.
Danie najlepiej smakuje w towarzystwie przyjaciół podczas wieczornych spotkań, serwowane z sosem czosnkowym. Polecam:)

Ile mięsa na blachę jakiej wielkosci ?

ilość mięsa zależy od Ciebie. Ja robię zazwyczaj dużą roladę z ok 0,8-1 kg na imprezy dla 6-8 osób. To naprawdęzależy od Ciebie i od możliwości Twoich degustatorów :)
