Rolada z mięsa mielonego w cieście francuskim

Ingredients:

0,5 kg mięsa mielonego, najlepiej wieprzowo wołowego
1 cebula
3 łyżki bułki tartej
1/4 puszki kukurydzy
1 duży ogórek korniszony lub 2-3 małe pokrojone w kosteczkę
1 jajko
20 dag startego sera żółtego
vegeta, pieprz ziołowy, papryka słodka mielona
ciasto francuskie mrożone

Prepare instructions:

Wymieszać(jak na mielone) mięso i wszystkie składniki poza serem i ciastem francuskim. Ostrożnie rozwinąć ciasto francuskie, przełożyć na blachę do pieczenia wyłożoną papierem do pieczenia, wyłożyć na to masę mięsną, na jednym brzegu zostawić 2 cm ciasta bez mięsa, posypać 2/3 sera żółtego i ostrożnie zwinąć w roladę od strony z mięsem, na koniec przykleić pasek wolnego ciasta. Wstawić do piekarnika rozgrzanego do 200 stopni C, piec 25 minut, po tym czasie posypać roladę resztą sera i zapiekać jeszcze 10 minut.

Rolada jest pyszna na ciepło i na zimno jako efektowna przekąska na imprezę

odnosze wrażenie ze ciasto nie dopiekło sie od środka...

To tylko takie wrażenie, jest bardzo dopieczone brzuchy nas nie bolały więc wszystko ok

Zrobiłam tą roladę, ale po takim krótkim czasie pieczenia ona jest w środku surowa, trzeba wczesniej to mięso podsmażyć

Cieszę się, że Pani spróbowała. Nie wiem dlaczego rolada się nie dopiekła, może jest to kwestia innego piekarnika lub innej funkcji na której Pani piekła. U mnie rolada była dopieczona.
